I have come to a conclusion that birds hate our car...Since getting the car, we have washed/wiped away countless bird droppings..and mind you, we parked in a multi storey carpark, not those open air kind...!!

I already find it wierd that on the 1st day that we collected the car, we already kana our 1st one on the way home.so hengz rite you think...then every week, w/o fail sure have oso...*YUCKS*

Just yesterday on our way home while i was turning into the small road...*plik plak plik plak* Its not one or two k..its like raining bird shit!!i couldnt help laughing when i got off the car...haha..it seems that the birds were just waiting for us to turn in and start their armsfire...

Last day in the office this year..Most ppl are still out on leave and i guess life will be back to normal on the 5th..Just paid my bills, season parking and contribution to the joint account..Seeing my balance is really depressing..*sigh* Cant wait to get back to givin tuition once i get settled with xbb...the extra income wun hurt..=p

Doesnt seem like a recession to me..!!

Went to orch to check out the post Christmas sale on Friday after servicing our car...Duno why there were so many cars at 4+..we were 'stuck' in orch for 1 hr before we could start our shopping spree...Isetan, as expected, was crowded...but the staff were adequate and were on hand to ans to our queries and the queues were quite short due to the many cashiers. Thumbs up for their service and their planning of the sale. Frankly speaking, i seldom go isetan sale..but i guess i will be from now on..HA...Was quite surprised to see some items going at a steal...and i dun mean those yi shi yi shi 10% off kind..but 50%!!

We went to Robinson after dinner to check out their sale as well..It was less crowded..but the staff were non-exsistent..we had a hard time just 'grabbing' one to ask questions abt the car seat etc..horrible..and we waited like 30mins just to pay our stuff..*fainted* very bad..so disappointing..but nonetheless, we still got some baby stuff as they were on sale and it was a gd bargain..The shopping experience at the 2 diff places was really one heaven one earth...

Attended Verlyn's wedding last sat at Trader's hotel. 1st time attending wedding there..it was ok, except that the ballroom was rather warm! Most ppl was perspiring thruout! I tink B enjoyed himself as he was seated with his 'gang' and they had a great time catching up, joking and chit-chatting..I find it amusing that B can talk with his colleagues/friends for a long time discussing abt babies stuff-exchanging tips on how to take care of them, comparing diapers/milk prices, asking each other on which brand is better etc..haha...But i guess its sweet..=)

Liverpool played a great game yest..watched the 1st half of the match and i know Newcastle is a goner...Their passing are lousy and they were so un-cordinated.. unlike Liverpool..They have a lot of shot on target and their passing were superb! ( Surprised that im praising them? Nope, i havent gone to the dark side..You will see why below..) If not for Given, Liverpool could thrash newcastle more loh...

You know, i really think Liverpool Supporters are really sour grapes. Here is the reason why..

1) They are SUPER anti Man Utd.
-Whenever Man Utd plays against XXX team, B will say, ok..today i shall support XXX and he will tell xbb that too..poor xbb..so confused loh..and B will go ALL the way to support XXX team..like die die Man Utd cannot win lydat..and like he's an avid fan of XXX team from day one.

2) They will be very Bu shuang when Man Utd win
-When i cant catch the match, i smth sms jinhao to ask him the scoreline..and when Man utd wins, he will say, Tyco win by xx goals la..despite me explaining him countless times that a win is a win..no such thing as tyco k

3) They always complain that Man Utd fans are very hao lian.
-No ah..Its just that Man Utd is a strong team and thus, they tend to win most leagues, cups, matches...so when they win, what do fans do? Celebrate loh...this is not hao lian ma...i mean when Liverpool win the treble, you all will keep quiet meh? Win one champ league hire one bus go around proclaiming le..and we also nv say you all hao lian wor..

4) They will not praise Man Utd players one despite they get awards etc
-For us, we see who is really Li hai, we will say loh..scared what? Its the truth ma..no point denying it..i dun deny Liverpool have great players like Gerrald, Carragher etc..

I got all the above not only from B, but Liverpool supporters which i notice thru the years..haha..so xbb, must choose well ya...=p

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day...

Everybody was in holiday mood in the office..Lalala..so happy to leave early. Bought lunch for B and headed home to rest. He was on leave. So shiok! Rested til evening then headed to mum's place for the party. It was really a raining Christmas! Had fun catching up with relatives and parent's friends, and playing with the kids...Poor us...my room was never the same again. They kept playing with my stuff toys, climbing up and down..asking questions and disturbing B...i asked B..Still wana have lotsa kids huh...He just shrugged...hee...

Went for 11.15am service..saw many frens which i have not seen in a while...Headed to Brandon's place for our gathering...his hse, no..his palace..was REALLY REALLY huge! i mean..who can say they have a chapel in their hse? Who can say their hse have versace tiles????we were very overwhelmed by the place...!!

This Christmas is really special as its my 1st Christmas as Mrs Chan..haha...Before opening our presents when the clock struck 12, B and me said a short prayer thanking God for what He have done. He has really blessed us with SO many things this year-Our wedding, xbb, great frens and families..and the list just goes on. We are always in His hands and we pray that God will continue blessing us and the ppl around us...Have a God blessed Christmas and 2009!!

Yihui and Don's wedding was beautiful last evening...Managed to attend the solemnisation as well and it was such a touching moment. Dinner was at Holiday Inn (Orchard) and i finally manged to see Dillion *He's so cute!* He went out to pluck a rose and ran all the way in to pass it to Li Duan. Sweet right? Hope xbb will be lydat too.=p

Going to sk today to celebrate Christmas with my family. Its their annual party and there's gg to be lotsa food! hee..

Christmas day we are going to church and thereafter heading to Brandon's home aka the palace for a gathering.We are finally able to visit the much talked about abode of his. And i tink there's gg to be a wii session as well! =p

Took leave on the 26th to bring xiao hei for servicing and chiong the isetan sale. Heard Pigeon is havin 20% off..see whether anything to buy for xbb. Yup, now instead of revolving my shopping brands around Zara, Top shop, Mango etc..its Pigeon, Lucky Baby...*sigh*

As the title race is heating up, big matches like the one last night ( Arsernal Vs Liverpool) is an impt one. Of cos i was rooting for Arsernal who can almost kiss the title goodbye...You could have seen B's face when Arsernal scored first..Black like our car! haha..and he was in a foul mood, complaining that Liverpool starting 11 are made up of lousy players ( Hmm..i tot all are the same??=p) la di da..

B: Who's that winger at the right side? Passing so lousy. Their starting line up players all so lousy!
Me: Umm..

5mins later

B: TSK! Anyhow pass..anyhow play..Their starting line up players all so lousy!
Me: Umm..Mmm...

Apparently i was not interested in watching 90mins of the match..Just interested to know the results and hope that Liverpool will drop points AGAIN!
When Liverpool scored the equaliser, B practically jumped up and rejoyced..and the song of You will never walk alone starts to irritate me and xbb..His mood was a great 360 degree change and nonetheless, the mood of the conversation also changed.

B: Go Liverpool! Woah..almost score! Wasted..
Me: .....( he didnt notice that i nv even ans him! HAHA)

I dozed off to La la land before the final whistle, but awoke slightly when B turned off the TV. Asked sleepishly whether the final score is still 1-1.

B: Ya, Liverpool kept dropping points. Soon the rest will catch up. *Sigh*
Me: Ooh xbb kicking me again.
B: He must be frustrated over Liverpool's loss
Me: Nono..he is celebrating with mummy..( and with that, i turned my back towards B, ending the conversation.=p)

Attended Joyce and Kris's wedding on sat at St Theresa Church and followed by a sit down luncheon at Marriott. The church is so beautiful! Cant imagine the churches in Europe. *hint hint!!* 1st time attending a Catholic Wedding and it was really an eye opener..=) Not forgetting that the whole ceremony was just so beautiful that even the groom teared!

Just attended our 4th prenetal class today and the lesson taught was how to bathe the baby. Glad that b was quite hands on with the baby doll they provided. He was subtly telling Jan during lunch today how involved he was during the classes. haha...hope it will be lydat when xbb comes..Hee..

Was raining cats and dogs the whole day today! Woke up early today to go Hong xing to eat dim sum. The Dim sum there is very delicious and i was looking forward to it..But when we rched there..the place was so crowded! I have nv seen such a long queue there, that my MIL commented that as though the dim sum is free lydat...in the end, we did not wait and detoured to PSA building to have dim sum there instead...Food there was ok, but i still prefer hong xing..nm, next time ba..

Went Taka to get our tree after that. There were so many cars, and bcos it was raining, we had a hard time getting there..Taka was full and so we headed to Wisma. The sign at the entrance states that there were 21 available lots on the top floor. Seeing that there were only maybe max 7 cars in front, we headed up. The stupid car park was so narrow and when we went to the top floor, there were no lots loh! kana duped...Nm, we had a hard time navigating down cos many cars were jammed there as well...but the most amazing thing was that our cashcard was deducted a fee of $3.50!!! For nothing!! B and i were fuming mad!! Cheater bug loh..and i think some ppl complained, cos when we went down, somebody placed the carpark full sign...haiz...

In the end, we parked at Taka, which amazingly have a total of 40 over lots in about 15mins ( while we were stuck in wisma) We spent a total of abt 30 mins just to find a parking space and start our shopping..*frustrated* Total $ spent on parking today was $16!! but luckily we were able to redeem part of it from Taka..tsk tsk...these carparks really can suck ppl dry sia! Managed to get our tree and some gifts before deciding to head home. Its really very crowded in Taka...doesnt look like a recession at all!

Cant wait to set up the Christmas tree with B...Will upload pics once its up and you all can start givin us presents cos a christmas tree is not complete w/o presents beneath it right? HAHA...=p

Dreams are not real...but the feelings during it are so so real.....

Had a very filling dinner with parents...but feeling hungry..AGAIN! last weigh shows that im 59.9kg le!! quite shocked over the sudden gain in weight and also a bit wary as doc say can put on overall 15kg in total nia...and B was a huge baby then (4kg+!!my poor lai lai), so doc is worried that xbb will become like him..sigh..poor me...

Attended B's cousin wedding yest..was a tiring day as b was the driver cum XD..and we followed the couple til mid noon, head home for a quick nap then rushed to the dinner at RELC...food there was quite good, but i was famished by the time i rched home...but i went to bed instead...haha..This weekend i have 2 weddings to attend! i guess this is the wedding season...=)

hc was just telling me that last week and this week passed very fast...i absolutely agree with her! But issit a gd thing that time passes fast? On some hand i wan it to, on some hand i dun...hmm...The irony of life....

2nd irony of life..which i tink i mentioned b4..Mon to Fri, u wished you had enuff time to sleep in and you cant wait for the weekend so that you can sleep..but comes weekend, you wake up at the same timing!! Just like today, bb needs to go to wrk and he woke up early to get ready, but i cldnt get to sleep after he left. Ended up having a 40mins chat with mummy over the phone and am blogging now...

Met up with Jan and limin to celebrate my belated bdae yest at raffles city..was a great meet up as we had not met for a while due to busy schedules...updated abt our life, whats gg on etc..Really enjoyed myself! Jan asked me what is the most exciting thing abt pregnancy...i pondered and i told her nothing.....haha...frankly speaking, i dun enjoy the process of being preg..from the tiredness, the nausea, the constant worries and the mood swings...*eek!!* Maybe the one thing i enjoyed is the special treatment that i get from others and esp B..hee..Aniwae, last sat checkup with the gynae(spent a whopping $400 signing for classes etc) was ok and she gave me the green light to start shopping for xbb's stuff...bought books and toys for him at the book fair at suntec..he has officially taken over my position as the highest spender in my family!!( and bb never complain!!*NOT FAIR!!*)

love Ikea for their storage spaces...for those who has been to my room b4, u can see how squeezed it is, with our cupboards, bed etc..its cosy though but we are racking our brains to see how we can create more space for us and xbb...so bb, must clear one of your cupboard for yr dear child...

Went ikea on sunday after service to see what ideas we can get..was just talking to B regarding a side table that i want, so that i can put those misc stuff...specky, hp, lotions, tissue etc...due to the lack of space, we managed to find one tiny one, with wheels that fits just nice beside my side of the bed and the study table..it has 3 layers as well, so that next time, i can place xbb's stuff..*so clever* and its cheapie too~$19! Ikea stuff are quite reasonable, the only thing is that you have to diy..bb was so kind to fix up my side table plus a small rack to hang my clothes in my cupboard that very night we came back, though we rched home late..thanks b..=)

Spent so much during the weekend shopping!!dun even dare to tally the total amt..=p

Had trouble sleeping these past few days..so tired....

quite a bad week this week....was given a bad piece of news on mon morn at wrk..but all is not lost...hope it will be a silver lining for me and i know im in God's hands...though i duno what is gg to happen..haiz..

Work is not smooth as well...haiz...

And to round it up, Man Utd just lost to Arsenal 2-1...they played quite well though, precise passing, great teamwork..but i guess, smth the ball is just round....haiz..Well, more catching up to do and hope that liverpool and chelsea will lose as well..haha...*evil*

The upside to this week is that i get to meet 2 grps of frens this week, to celebrate my belated bdae...great catching up with them and thanks for the pressie..=)
And xbb is getting bigger by the day...bought some more clothes and a lumpy bottle which is so absolutely adorable for him! haha...

Managed to put on 5kg le..yipee! but was quite surprised by the sudden surge in weight...Feeling more hungry often...but i guess its a good sign..

I can feel xbb moving inside me le. Its an amazing feeling. Cant wait for him to kick mi.haha...I find him especially active at night..esp last sat eve when i was watching the Man Utd Vs Hull match..he must be a Man Utd supporter as well...cos i can feel him as excited as me! Kept moving about during the whole match..or maybe he's awoken by my shouting? =p
Aniwae, the match was exciting and i was kept on my toes for the whole 90mins! Man Utd's performance was quite disappointing.but who cares, THEY WON in the end and thats what matters...and Liverpool lost to Spurs that nite...HURHUR.....

My beloved, sweet, caring and loving bb bought a wii for my bdae! Was quite surprised that he finally relented to get it for mi...We asked so many shops and finally managed to secure the deal that suits us...We, or shall i say i had fun playing the wii...although it can get very tiring when im playing the sports games...haha.i can finally play tennis and run.!.cant wait for xbb to come out and join in the fun! =)

Is it true that as people gets older, birthday doesnt seems to matter any more?

Still rem when i was younger, i always look forward to each birthday...but as i turned into my quarter of a century yesterday, i didnt even have much feeling at all...Hmm...I was actually more looking forward to the leave that i took after that. Yup, this week, i only need to work on Thursday and Friday, which starts tml..sigh...back to reality..

Really had a good rest these 2 days!! Aniwae, thanks to those who smsed me to wish me a happy birthday...Some of whom i tot didnt even rem...so touched..hee...No photos to put up...cos B's camera is in Nepal and mine has spoilt..So sad..time to get one more cammy..Thanks to Fiona who was very sweet to do a jigsaw puzzle for me. Show you all the next time i get hold of a camera..=)

Attended Laurens and Esther's wedding last Sat..Church plus dinner. Always enjoyed church weddings. Very touching and always beautiful...Wishing you guys everlasting bliss and a God-blessed wedding...=)

Fiona, Gavin, Apple, Clive and Angel came over to watch our wedding video and pics. We had a marathon as we watched Fiona's one after that.Hee...Ordered sushi, food from 933 to share and watched the F1 thereafter. Great catching up with them and since we do not know much abt the F1 rules, we kept speculating why this and why that. Ha...
Daddy bought the walk about tickets and he was saying that it was quite hard to see what is going on as the cars were too fast! He even smsed me to ask me what happened at certain points! Ha...
Monday 29th Sept
Went to watch Mama mia ( finally!) Gold class style...=) cos i got complimentary vouchers. The movie was fun to watch.Envy their carefree lifestyle and the place where the movie was shot at, was gorgeous! wonder where it was..B didnt know it was a musical kind of show, and towards the end of the movie, when a song sprang out again..he turned to me and said.."So many songs one huh?" HAHA..aniwae, i loved ABBA songs! Listened to them while i grew up...( OF COS I DUN BELONG TO THAT ERA!!)heard my parents playing their disc..and when i was in the band, we had a piece featuring ABBA's collections..which i really really loved!!

Happy children's day! Cant rem the last time i celebrated it..hee...gave tuition this afternoon. This is their exam mth..stressed...and this will also be the last year that i will be givin tuition. One of my students will be grad ( taking his Os this year). have been teaching him since sec 1..4 years just passed lydat! The other one is still in sec 3. Taught him since pri 5!! but i told his mum that i cant next year bcos of XBB..=( Gona miss teaching..perhaps next time when Xbb is older, i can still give..hee...Went to Kunshi-Bo last evening to celebrate Bro's bdae..didnt eat much..no appetite..but the food there was great as usual. Great meeting up with the whole family (cousins, aunties) again. =)

F1 Fever

The F1 fever caught up with me in a tiny weeny bit way, just bcos my office have view of part of the track and i could actually see them racing! Muhahaha....but the most evil part was that those ppl seating opp us paid $1k to watch the event!!=p

Mini races started at 3pm and we rushed to the window once we heard screeching of tires. There were the BMW races, Aston Martin races and the porche races.i watched them go like 2 rounds and i was like....ok, back to wrk..Seriously, i dun see the fun and thrill of it all...Boss let us off wrk at 3pm cos it was rather noisy...everybody left, except me..cos im such a model worker....no la..cos i had a wedding to attend that evening, and it doesnt make sense for me to travel up and down with all the road blockage and all...and the prac race, where there were real F1 racers, was on at 7pm.

Let me tell you, the road blockage is really a pain! i was so happy yesterday, telling to my coll that i can come to wrk in peace and on time ( i reported to wrk at 9.30am since Tues...!) when she told me..no leh..they still need time to dismantle those lights etc..so abt wed then will be back to normal...thanks loh....haiz...

Aniwae, shall talk abt XBB...(mummy havent forgotten abt u!)now into my 14weeks of pregnancy.Stopped the vomitting..THANK GOD! Feeling more upbeat and less tired..Put on 1 kg so far..which is a start..and i cant wait for my next appt. Doc say that maybe can see the sex of the baby le..hee..then i can start shopping for clothes and start searching for names..Very stressful leh...the name part..its gona be a huge part of xbb life..so cant anihow anihow...=p

Eating in during lunch again. In a sian mode the whole day..duno what to eat, lazy to walk far. Settled for beehoon downstairs, which i threw away halfway. too oily..and damm..im hungry again..=(

Supposed to wake up early so that i can reach office b4 9am ( the timing that the roads will close), but cant seem to drag myself outa bed. In the end, the roads were blocked and the taxi uncle need to make a detour to Nicoll Highway and there was a massive jam. in the end, i had to alight at suntec and walk over and the freaking fare was $17! =( Sobz...and this is gg to be an annual affair for the next 4 years?? I hate the F1....Troublesome and inconvenient...

Ok, now is my frustrated tots on the match last sunday. Before the match starts, i was thinking..ok, maybe a draw la...it usually boils down to a draw in big matches where teams tend to play defensive...But when the match started, i was so overwhelmed by Man Utd's performance. They were superb! With 65% possesion of the ball, they look set on to thrash Chelsea.=p 18th Min-the Korean boy was at the right place at the right time and shot in a goal for Man Utd. Was so elated!

But mid way through, Van der sar was sub out due to an injury. Die liao la...the reserve goalkeeper-which i dun bother remebering his name is LOUSY..memory of him getting a red card just minutes into the game is still etched firmly in my head. Shortly after he was in the game, man utd played super defensive and the rage that went thru them at the beginning was lost....*shakes head*

So, as the game progresses, Chelsea scored an equaliser via a corner kick and the clumsy oaf just stood rooted. His response time was so slow...aniwae, dun say le..was so disappointed with the match, and the number of yellow cards given to Man Utd that day-7! More than half of the players were booked. Some justifiable, some not.

Haiz..champions are always under huge pressure to maintain their position. With only a mere 5 points..they really have a lot of catching up to do! Nm, me and Xbb have faith in them and we will cheer them on in every match..=)

Apparently, i was bored at wrk today..=p

6 more mths to go..i must tahan! Never thought i would say this, but i hope i can put on more weight...=( The food that i consume will go to Xbb 1st then to me..and since im not eating well..poor me, no nutrients at all..sigh...duno how. B says to eat durians to gain weight..but the smell totally turned me off now. Used to enjoy eating it. Appetite totally change..used to LOVE crab and prawn...now, turned off by them. So sad leh...haiz...duno y my pregnancy so jialat...

Its the 17th again..Happy anni Bb...waiting for u now to go bugis...Hope you wun be late...=p

The 1st 3 mths

The black spot is my water bag..and the white line is xbb-1.8mm (1st Visit)
Water bag has enlarged, so does xbb..like a peanut shape now-11.5mm ( 2nd visit)
Wierd looking bird like..20.6mm(3rd visit)
Hand! Can u see the fist and the elbow?(4th visit)
The whole body..with the head below..Told u xbb was sleeping in a wierd position.-66.5mm Legs!

Amazing huh...estimated due date is on 22nd Mar...was kinda hoping tat it will coincide with our 1 yr anni-30th Mar...=p

The Truth, the truth and nothing but the truth

ok, im not suffering from some terminal disease which cause all the nausea and discomfort...

Im actually pregnant..3 mths in fact..Thats why i can officially announce to the whole world.Ha..though, most of my world knew abt it le...=) B and me are estactic over the pregnancy, but the discomfort and the nausea made me feel low and depressed. Thx B, for showing tremendous care and concern and always being there...

Anyway, this is how i knew i was preggy...It was supposed to be due on the 12th July..Nothing came.2 days later, saw some drops of blood and thought it was it. No baby this mth again..Monday..wanted to jog, to train for the Shape run..Rained...Tues also raining...Wed, i was lamenting to hc on how funny my period was this mth..few drops everyday(gal's talk!) and she was like -hey, you might be spotting-a sign of pregnancy!

I quickly went to see doc to cfm it..slight line on the kit but congrats, i am a mummy! The next day, my spotting got worse and Fiona advised me to quickly see a gynae. Rushed down to Thomson Medical to visit Dr Jocelyn Wong. She confirmed my pregnancy and say that there is bleeding in me. She could not determine whether its a cyst or that im having an ectopic pregnancy-which is the baby is act growing outside the womb. If it is, will need to go thru op to remove it. She took a blood test and asked me to go back on sat to take another blood test so that she can determine the cause of the bleeding.

Fear and depression hit me the next few days. Praying hard that i will get to keep the baby...Sat came and when it was time to take the results, i was shaking so hard...but Thank God, its just a cyst and hence the 4days mc, to rest, so that the bleeding will stop. God is so so good...everything is in His hands. Imagine if that particular mon and tues was not a raining day...and guess what, that wed that i went to cfm the pregnancy...it was shining brightly and in normal circumstances, i would have gone running...Im just amazed smth...Praise God!

Now into my 2nd Trimeister...Feeling relatively better..my vomit chart reads the last vomit was recorded on Wed...and i vomitted in public...AGAIN! haiz...hope it will stop...together with the tiredness..and the shoulder ache...and the bloatness...ok, not trying to scare u ( FIONA!) It really depends on individuals...some dun even have any symptoms at all! So gd...

Aniwae, my last visit to the gynae was last sat. XBB ( xiao bb) is now abt 6.5cm. Can see the head, 2 feet and 2 hands...It was sleeping in a perculiar position. The Dr used the scope to probe my tummy gently to ask xbb to wake up. It remain sleeping...she then asked mi to cough,which i did..and xbb woke up! Can see xbb stretching and wriggling...i tell u..that feeling then was just AMAZING!!!! xbb even open and close one of his hands..( ok, its not a boy. we duno the sex yet, but for convenience sake, i just assume its a guy)so cute..cant wait for the next visit..

On a sad note..Man utd lost to liverpool...with a pity own goal by brown ( thx huh..) i missed this match again, due to a family dinner..was so sad and agitated..think, xbb felt it too..xbb is so going to be a man utd fan next time...i will make sure of that...im gg buy him a Man utd jersey when he's 4 yrs old and hes gg look so damm cute...=)

Gloomy...

Eating in for lunch again. Just no mood to go out for lunch. Too crowded, stuffy and noisy..Cant eat much anyway, so will heat up leftover lunch later in the afternoon when my irrational stomach feels hungry again. Feel quite frustrated over my appetite lately..When i feel hungry, the hunger will fill my mind and it will not go away til i eat smth...but after a few bites, i will feel nauseous and thus i cant eat anymore...haiz...its an irritating cycle!

Was on mc yesterday again. Puked over the weekends again...and i tot it was feeling better already..haiz..

Zixiong called this morning...told me a piece of bad news-He just heard today that one of our pri sch fren-Huiyi, died of cancer in april this year. Was so shocked...so young..she didnt even has a chance to experience marriage, life etc...Life is so unpredictable. Til now, i still cant accept it. No doubt we lost contact after we left school..but we were pretty close in sch..still rem that her art is really gd and she was the best decorater of my autograph book. haiz...

Been a long time since i blogged...nuttin much happened..life is such a bore for me now..



Met up with Carlin and Celine last evening at Sughi tei..Jorissa was supposed to meet up, but due to last minute matters, unable to do so. Nice catching up with them, on whats happening in their life etc..laughter never fails to be heard. Had a mini bdae celebration for Carlin too, cos her bdae next Tues..How time passes...i have not seen Celine since we grad! Thanks for the ang pao gal...you didnt have too.=) Quick upload pics on facebook ya...and meet up soon.=)

I even find my own perfume chocking...is that a bad sign???

Just watched the Semis between World no 1-Zhang Yining from China and our very own Li Jiawei just now. JW lost 1 set to 4, but it was a great match. Now i guess Yining have a taste of how determined and strong and upcoming our Sing paddlers are, after deucing every game with Feng Tian wei yesterday! So sad that it was not broadcast live..It will be a great match.

This evening, JW will play against another China player, for a shot at the bronze..Its at 7.30pm. Be sure to catch it!

If you all noticed, i have been blogging during the day, lunchtime to be more exact..cos im just too tired to blog at night. Haiz..pretty sick these few days with the same routine puking while im bathing..haiz..Hope it will all end soon..

Ya, i know im becoming a very whining bi***...B can atest to that..but its really difficult...the tiredness and the queasiness will just grip you and not let go...i dun even noe what will cheer me up now. Totally no mood to do anything, cant go shopping, even a simple outing will make mi uncomfy for the whole day. Unread papers and magazines strewn all over my table. Days and weeks just passed...haiz...totally depressing...

Havent blog abt this yet..EPL season has started! Woohoo!! Caught the Commumity Shield between Man Utd and Portsmouth a week before the season starts. Ended up in Penalty again! ( like last year) but Van der Sar my man saved the day AGAIN! Yea! what a great way to start the season. Rem last year B still say that whoever won the community Shield will not win the EPL...some curse or smth..but of cos, Man Utd proved all odds to get, not only the EPL, but also the champion league title! Eat your heart out! HAHA

The debut EPL match for MAn Utd did not turn out well, with a 1-1 draw with newcastle. Man Utd played well though, with a lot of shots on targets! Campbell, the new player played well..and i think he has a promising start in MU. But aniwae, MU did not have any spectacular signing this season..and with a lot of players injured at the moment and a disloyal player, i guess it will be a sloooow start. Good to see Rooney back as well..

i welcome the season with bickering and snatching of the remote.=p

After 48 years of no medals, Sing table tennis team has emerged the champions of the semi-finals. With a 3 set win over the koreans, they are set to face either HK/China in the Finals for a shot at either Gold/Silver.

Since Olympics started, the TV at our equity room has been switched from the business channels to channel 5. Today, the whole desk, except for some, were cheering on for the Sing team. They played for about 4 hours and it was an exciting match! Congrats to the Sing team, though comprising of FT-Foreign Talent. HAHA...

Waiting for B's call now. Meeting him in Orchard cos he wants to look at watch. No vomitting today. Thank God..but i feel a bit light-headed and giddy. Think will not walk for long..Today is the 15th..payday for B..Gona hit him..no whack him hard hard..

MIA for quite a while le..just dun have the energy to blog. Furthermore, i feel more and more sick with the coming of days. When will it stop? Haiz...Everyday i feel like i just sat on the viking...Cin, you shd know how i feel...u laughed at my expression whenever the toipc comes up.=p Everything that goes down, came up again. Sometimes, i feel that im just on the brink of no return. I get scared, i get disillusional...i hate that feeling really hate it....The comforting news is that i know its still there...what an irony..

Feel so bored lately..B's been clocking late nights at the office again..i hate it when i have to come home early at times...though, ya, i can rest..but i wish B wun be so hectic at wrk. *pout*

Feel like travelling...Fiona and Gav gg Bkk this oct...Jo gg korea after her Taiwan AIC trip..know of a certain someone who just came back frm Phuket...haiz...when is my turn sia...? But also have to ask doc to have clearance to go overseas. Sentosa oso can la...i just want to go somewhere to relax, soak up the sun and just dun care abt anything else...but..its hard...*pout* *pout*

Feel so hungry now. Dinner not done...haiz..maybe when i told them yest that i have no appetite and that i will wait for B to eat tog, they thought that everyday will be lydat oso? Haiz...im famished!! i crave KFC cheese fries and chicken and yakult...=p

Oh, this one must mention...B made ai xin breakfast for me this morn. Though he was running late, he even took the bread and give to me personally rather than leaving at the table.HA...so touched...it taste so gd...HA..and no vomitting this morn...=)

Sometimes when we are so caught up with the troubles of the world, we tend to forget that the world is in His hands and that He is God of all. Tears welled up in my eyes last sunday when we sang this song in service as i rem and thank God of what he done these past weeks, of how He protected me and my new family from harm and how His timing is so so perfect...

The bleeding has stopped. Thank God again! But feeling quiet nausea these few days. Vomitted my coco pops out this morn. Yucks...(Timo, i cant believe you duno what is coco pops!!!!)

Aniwae, went for the Brazil Vs Sing match last eve...Grandstand! Woohoo....courtesy of CS! haha...brought B there too and we got the best seats in the hse!!Front row, just in front of the middle line of the field. If not for my night blindness, maybe i can see how far out Ronaldino teeth are or how many bundles of hair anderson have..haha...It was not really an exciting match, i would say. Only 3 goals scored by the brazilians of cos..I feel the Sing team is still not on par la...way behind loh...they seem scared when they take possession of the ball...like dun dare to shoot lydat;many gd chances are missed with wrong crosses and not running fast enuff! They oso take their own sweet time to clear the ball and to chiong for the goal...Really relax one corner loh!Shouts of :Eh, scared ah...Refree Kayu...THis is not S-League could be heard from the spectators..haha...

The samba boys crosses were nice and entertaining..but i do not feel the oophm in them. They really treat this as a friendly, despite telling the press that they will not let Sing have any chances. The Man Utd Vs sing match that i watched few years back were much much entertaining! one goal in every 15mins! haha...Just glad that i nv spend $ to buy tix for this match. Dun find it cheap at all! My only regret is that i didnt bring my cammy!!!Argh!!

Oh, and i almost caught the ball! If it bounced higher enuff, i could have caught it and sell on ebay? HAHA...it was so so close...=p

Went back sengkang to stay for the night, since mummy was off yest. But alone at home now..still contemplating whether to go tuition this evening or not, cos down with sudden bout of flu.*sniff* last nite was so cold! didnt even on the aircon or the fan and i had 2 blankets...but was still sneezing all the way. Brr....but what a nice weather to sleep in. Slept til 11+ Muhahaha....

Didnt wrk today cos realised that daddy's lappy is windows vista, but the guide i downloaded for access to CS webby is windows XP..so..bo bian..hee..

Finally, tml back to wrk. Have been slacking, or according to HC, rotting at home for the past few days.Cant really go out and cant do heavy wrk etc..thus i have read the whole mth worth of mag..Female, cleo, her world..( Im a mag whore!) and now starting on a novel that i just got. Cant wait for the doc to give me a clean slat of bill this sat. Im raring to hit the streets!

0900: Wake up and wash up
0915: On lappy and log in CS webby to check emails and revert
1000: Almost done..so many..sobz
1030: Yawnz..slow day today..with the gd weather, feel like sleeping
1045: No urgent emails as yet..logged in FB to play bowling..*Addicted*
1100: Still cant beat high score..Argh...email came in. Free movie to the Mummy by our travel agent! Yippee!
1105: Jo called mi to ask me whether i read the free movie email. Yupz..accepted her. She puts down the phone in disgust.=p
1200: Lunch time

Took a short nap after lunch and logged in again.
Connection was quite bad and kept kana dc..thus at 1645, i gave up and told Jo to call me if anything's urgent. Went for another short nap.

1900: Watch 7pm show
2000: Ate dinner and wait for B to come home
2100: Watch the 9pm show

Nv do much after that le...haiz...and now im repeating the same stuff over and over again. I cant wait to get back to wrk. Fiona say im really 'sick' le...HAH..life is always lydat. Y does the grass greener on the other side? Or we are just not contend with the situation we are in?

After knocking down several pins, i have realised some life lessons that we can learn:
-Dun despair if you had a crooked throw, it might spin to the middle ultimately;Likewise in life, dun give up if the start is not beautiful. What matters is the end.

-Bowling is about focus and self-determination;In life, we have to stay focus and tell ourselves that we can do it, in order to achieve our goals

-Nv give up if you have a shitty 1st window, the strikes after that will make up for it; As what my ex boss Raymond always says---Its not how fast the horse can run, its how far it can run

-It might not always wrk if force is being used-the pins at the far ends might not even be touches, leaving a goal post.;Like wise, violence does not solve everything, it just leaves a hole in somebody's lifes

-Aiming for the middle might not give u a strike;like wise, in life, there might be more than 1 way to achieve yr goals. Be brave and explore all alternatives.

There you go..playing comp games might not be as harmful as you think!

On a side note..Brazil is coming to play the-going-to-be-thrashed-sing-team!! i wana go!! its not everytime brazil plays here..though its only under 21 team, there are still big names that will appear. i already plan to smuggle bottles into the stadium to throw at ronaldino if i get the chance. HAHA...just j/k..Hope Anderson able to make it here! B, sponsor mi!!=p

i dun care if ronaldo quits Man Utd. the best is he leaves and Real dun wan him animore. the spoiled, unloyal and sulky boy! GROW UP!!!!

Doc gave me strict bed rest til wed..no shopping, no walking for long periods..only can walk at home and go down for meals etc..haiz..

all bcos of a ruptured cyst in me. The bleeding just wun stop! and no med can stop it for now...hope that it will cease soon so that i wun need to go for op..=( The pain has been on and off though, so not so bad..

in the past i used to cheer if doc gave mi 2 days mc..doc gave me a total of 4 and a half days mc, starting frm last thursday and i was not that excited. Theres nothing for me to do..sigh...but i will be wrkin frm home though..so still can email me..=)
