Its so hard to control not to shop when you are working in a shopping paradise...i mean, marina square, suntec, raffles city etc are just a stone throw away!!

Today was another free day...i can count the number of tasks i did with one hand..haha...office is like a ghost town...so, mi and linda spent the whole day reading blogs...so peeps, update asap k, so that i got stuff to read.haha..aniwae, my 'holiday' will soon end..sigh...at 5.45, i psst psst linda...go now?? her eyes sparkle widely, to match my small sparkling eyes..and said, okie..and thats how i smsed B..left office leh, at 5.45pm sharp...i tink he feel like killing mi...ha..and its the 1st time that i got a seat on the train home..
Went tuition ( yup, im still as hardworking as ever!) and managed to solve all the questions without blinking..haha..thats must be bcos i never use any brain cells the whole day..

Today, a huge godiva hamper came for my MD and his team...We were so estactic when we saw the card addressed to the team as well==US! the best part is, our MD not around..haha..one of the sales trader slipped his hand into the hamper, took out a few boxes of chocs, distributed it and slipped it back..*evil!!* He said..i can be a surgeon..blearh...
Mine, Godiva chocs are heavenly and EXPENSIVE!! a mere 6 small tiny weenie ones can burn $60+ in yr pocket! My first time eating Godiva..so suku rite? The best chocs i ever eaten was Chocz-B USED to buy them for me when he was chasing me..now no chocs at all..haiz...

Many ppl are sick now...Poor Fiona and B..still have to wrk despite being sick...STOP wrkin and REST!!!!

And B, stop eating hello panda animore..im dead serious this time!! ( thx Fiona, for deciding not to get hello panda hamper for him for christmas) B ah, can eat up to 5-6 packets A DAY! and still bluff me say he eat one only...hey, if u wana lie, go empty the rubbish bin k...im hiding the remainder...NO MORE FOR U!! Had the annual christmas party at my place on sunday. Invited my cell grp, my aunties, cousins and B's family too. As usual, a lot of food ( darn..!) Was busy going arouour nd entertaining guests. For those who duno, this party started off a few years back by my father's cell. It was a party to bring cheer and God's love to our non-christians neighbours and friends. There is carrolling and it was a great time to get to know one another. Me, Mic, Calin and the super-high Lifen Thx all for coming!

We had fun 'exploring' Kuan's body..haha..poor him, trapped in one corner..but aiya, as what they say, you trained hard and it will be a shame not to let us touch..HAHA..oopsy..

Was let off at 2pm on Christmas eve..so harpie...Karen and i were like deciding when to leave. Ha..Went to B's hse to help him wrap his presents..( and he said my wrapping sucks!! next time wrap yrself!!Hmph) had a very interrupted nap( B kept walking in and out of the room-Im a light sleeper k). Went to toa payoh mac to wait for him while he went to become santa claus..

Went to bugis to shop and makan..bought my 4 dian jin..=) diamonds really have a high effect on gals! haha..Went to eat Jap food..Look at our feast!
The Food was nice! Love my dress that day..i was wearing black tights too and Roy said that i looked like a HK gal!Haha...

Wanted to go up Mt Faber for countdown with Fiona and Gavin, but they called to say that it was jam-packed w ppl and they cldnt even find a parking lot! Haiz..was so disappointed. Kept wanting to go up to see the decor and stuff..Sing is always lydat...always so packed at orch la, mt faber la, vivo etc..so i decided, next time just stay at home better..but im just grateful that i spent it w B..=) Went to watch i am legend( not another movie!!) i feel like puking..watched so many movies in the past weeks! aniwae, i dun like the movie..zombies and me aren't besties and it was kinds short too-1hr 40 mins...not worth it..

Went Church next morn...so tired cos slept a few hrs only..The play was nice and funny. Brendan! you were so cute..OMH.....haha...Went to sushi-tei to celebrate Limin's v v v belated bdae..had a jap feast AGAIN!

Ate a lot at work..christmas lunches here and there...haiz..how to lose weight?? Went to choose photos yest and top up 4...so many nice pics..so hard to narrow down and spent 5 hrs there choosing..wat a headache...i miss my photoshoot already..=( Bought our bed on sat too..happy..one thing down...

Last sunday was super sunday for football fans..i was so hyped up for the game...B came over to my place to watch the Man Utd Vs Liverboo...oops..i mean liverpool match reluctantly..cos he cant cheer too loud u see..my WHOLE family supports Man utd..haha..aniwae, when 2 big clubs play, dun expect too much action...mostly defensive so the match can be quite a yawn...

My Photoshoot

Supposed to take my indoor and outdoor photos on the 28th Nov..but it was raining so heavily that afternoon that we only took the indoor ones..Was quite upset and disappointed as i was really looking forward to the outdoor ones..Nonetheless, i had fun taking the studio shots and was v v tired after that..'reported' at 10.30 am..and the whole thing finish at 5!!

The outdoor was postponed to yest, went to botanical gardens and sentosa...Thx God for the gd weather..It was v fun and my, the gown was v dirty after that cos we played in the sea..Thats y i cant wear my actual day gown for my outdoor shots..Cant wait to see the photos..Poor B, haf to carry me and piggy back mi in some..Dun worry, i wun ask u to do that in the future...im scared of fallin!haha...The make-up artist was v gd..u can see a huge difference in me man..make-up wrk wonders...

While on the way back, i felt a bit sad...like the whole thing was over...nv gonna haf this exp again..I really miss the whole thing and im sure, after my wedding, i will haf the same feeling too..missing all the planning, missing all the visits to the bridal shop, videographer etc...Its such a wonderful journey..though mi and B quarrelled A LOT due to wedding preparations, im just glad that at the end of the day, our love prevails all...cold le ma??=p

Desperate Housewife

Think im turning to be one. Here i am, on a friday nite, lonely at home..Thx Fiona, for calling me out for dinner, though im super bright..and thx Gavin, for the dinner..but nope, that cant be my ang pao $$..rem, i will be guarding Fiona's door, so dun play play ah..=p

B is so busy at wrk nowadays..seldom meet on weekdays and poor him, wrk til 11+12 everyday..poor me, no tuition and no kaki..go home alone..tink im going to see what courses to sign up to keep mi occupied-tennis? piano??I miss all of them...Yest got free movie tix by noelgifts..dragged B to watch..it was not easy..he rched abt 8+..i waited 2 hrs for him.Went to do my nails in the meantime..tink im gg tai tai crazy..i've been doing mani/pedi every week since 3 weeks ago?cos im tired of walking ard while waiting for B and i also wana get rid of my dead skin..but its an exp 'hobby'...Thx God for B's sub card..hahaha...

Few days to my photoshoot and i get eye infection. GREAT!! went to see doc wearing lens and got a scolding..itchy backside..aniwae, its the most painful ba zam i ever got..my whole right eye is much smaller now..as if its not small enuff! Argh...hope it gets better by wed. Pray that the weather is gd oso..ive been checking the weather page everyday..seems to be better by the day..hee..

Nail broke too..GREAT!! despite me maintaining them so well..duno leh..i have weak nails..sometimes, i can pull off my whole toe nail..ya la..i know its disgusting..haha..

- They are staying back late and wants you to accompany them.

Above is the list that i thought of on my way home ( can see how bored i am)..Really hate it when u r looking forward to knocking off at 6pm and then emails come rushing in with everything urgent urgent...kaoz..the whole day dun wana send, now then send?? My coll and i always joked that we must always try to run at 6pm, orelse a lot of shit will just happen. This is true..even for 5mins! pls see below for 2 egs

1) Abt to leave when i saw my office phone panel display an overseas number.Dratz..Turns out that HK office needs me to do something urgently..Stayed for abt 45mins?
Morale of the story--Dun pick up phone calls after 6pm..its always not a gd sign..

2) Stayed back for a while to clear my bursting mailbox..One person walked over n asked mi to DHL a letter..Looked at the time..mailroom is closed le..whos gg call DHL?ME loh..but thx God, someone frm mailroom pick up..( another victim..muhaha) and voila, settled. But imagine he wasnt ard..sianz..
Morale of the story--Google invisible cloak everyday to see if somebody finally invented it so that you can put it on after 6 if u wana do yr stuff..

Disclaimer--Im not a lazy worker..If wrk kept constantly coming in after 6pm..i mean..we liaise with overseas office..their start of the day is our end..then i no need to go home meh??

Had dinner w B, Limin, Jan and kc at Din Tai Feng Wisma

Chatted and went to look at bridesmaid dresses at Danial Yam. That's the only place i know leh..got any others to recommend? Still deciding the theme for them, but or less will be pink ba..Hee..There's so much things to plan...Such a headache, or shall i put it as happy headache?=) Am also planning my co's christmas carnival for clients. Another major headache. Not easy to go find a venue, entertainment, gifts and the whole thingy la..haiz...

Aniwae, met up with them for a while, cos limin has to leave to do errands and B is meeting Law and wai lei for some guys nite..So i went home to a empty hse cos bro nt back yet. Didnt realise how tired i was til i realised that i fell asleep in my clothes for abt 1 hr..hez..

Freaking Pissed

Tiring day at wrk..its the time of the mth again, where i had to do the claims of my team before the deadline. It aint an easy task getting them to cooporate with u, asking them to give all their invoices nicely, tallying them and asking them who their clients are. Its actually quite mundane but the volume is huge! Then still have those ad-hoc stuff that i need to do..V angry today cos a person frm another dept kept asking mi and my colleague to do stuff for him, cos we are the coordinators for a roadshow that he's attending..i mean, this kind of things can ask yr own PA to do right??n he's not very polite either loh! My coll and me were like gg to burst of anger!

Then nm..arranged to meet B for a quicky dinner at toa payoh cos mum nv cook..When i went to the train station, it was filled of ppl...then i heard an announcement..'there's a track error and trains will haf a delay of 1 hr' 1 hr??ONE HOUR?? im so disgusted...the train cldnt move at all..First they encourage all singaporeans to use their train services and they took away the bus services cos they say its a duplicate,( i used to b able to take bus home frm town!!) and tink they also increase the fare right??See la...train break down then hw to go home? At least if bus break down, it will not stop other buses frm coming...one bloody train break down, and that's it..Went to raffles city to take a cab...Its the first time i see such a long queue...no choice, have to call a cab...orelse, i will have to meet B for supper instead..the whole surcharge??$7!!

Since im so free on weekdays, w/o my tuition and stuff, tot go n learn smth..hope i dun burn down the kitchen man..cos me no learn hw to cook..man, i dun even noe hw to cook rice..so, my future kids and B will only eat the above..haha..One small step for me, one giant leap for BB..

Finished watching friends yest. I chose a pair of shoes which i have been eyeing on since last week.Had dinner at No signboard-cost B $80+..kinda ex huh..Cant believe we spent $120+ on food alone, cos we had jap lunch in the afternoon.sighed..Wanted to catch a movie, but there aren't nice ones to watch now leh..Suggested bowling, but B says he sucks at it..KTV? too ex on a sat evening..hmm..we ended up in an arcade at marina sq. B and me has been frequentning arcades these days..trying smth new tog..aniwae, this arcade has all those all old games-crazy taxi, the 3-button jap game, the dj one...its like a walk down memory lane..me and hc used to play those..ha..Played til close to 12 before heading back..cos i wana soak in the bathtub..hee

ok,back to the real story...B presented me my pressie when we rched the hotel room-a set of lotion frm bodyshop in a bodyshop pouch...i was quite stunned...didnt expect to receive that. can say i was quite disappointed..can see that he just bought it too..so sad hor, like nv put heart to buying lydat. He apologised and said that he didnt know what to buy for me and tml i can go and choose another pressie again..I brushed all my feelins aside as i was quite tired and all i wana do was to soak in the bathtub and go sleep after that..

When i was drawing the bath, my phone rang..went to see it and noticed that B was ringing me..Looked at him with a wierd look and he ask me where did i take my phone frm..i went to look and there was a wallet for me!OMG..didnt see that coming!All the bodyshop thingy and the choosing pressie thingy was a ploy!!Oh, he's getting slyer!!Thx B!!Loved the wallet! And i did a mental cal...he really spent a bomb..he told me he sacked his finance minister le..thankfully not me..=p

Had a late check out the next day..Didnt get to swim cos the day b4, when we visited the pool, it was filled with rugby boys, here in town for the sevens at the padang...i dun mind getting in the tub with hunkalicious them, but def not in front of B..haha..so, we decided to skip the pool and laze ard, watching tv and that B can read his papers...

Went to afternoon svs and dinner with my cousins and aunties at hougang...After that headed to B's hse to catch Arsernal vs Liverpool...Was rooting for liverpool as arsernal is more of a threat to Man utd..oops..aniwae, liverpool has more hotties..

Ended with a draw..what sweet music..It was a very fast paced game with Long balls everywhere. My eyes were like rolling to one end of the tv to the other end! But great game and gerrard scored a great goal after a shiity performance at the champion's league..

Thx to my aunt eve and my cousins who treated me dinner yest. Went to Ms clarity cafe at purvis street. Im so suaku, nv hear of this place b4. Its quite a hip place for teenagers to hang out with. Even my aunt heard of it b4! Went walk walk in bugis before heading over to this cafe called terra for drinks. The drinks there sucks man..my aunt had the worst cafe latte and mine wasnt that fab..haiz..my legs were so aching after that night..

Thx guys, for celebrating my bdae with me today. Went Village w hc, jh, ks and timo to have dinner today and later to alleybar for drinks. jit keng came along later and my oh my, he brought his new gal along..one of our old sec sch fren..hmm..duno can say or not leh..go ask him k..ha..

Was quite funny as usual and we discussed abt a lot of topics ranging from one nite stands, flings etc. Tink the whole alleybar knows what we are talking abt, thx to jh..Alleybar is celebrating halloween this weekend and their staff dressed up as ghosts. it was quite creepy i would say..Finally rem to bring my camera along and we took some wu liao shots..like everyone was supposed to self-take a photo of yrself and we see who is the best..and later we take of our eyes..dun ask mi why we do this..ask hc k..=p and..who is the best in self-take---our v own PA!!!!!Pls see below to see y..the angling, the innocent smile..hee

She has a complimentary stay but didnt want it, so she passed to me. Just in time for my bdae! I was so happy cos i always wanted to book a room or go overseas during my bdae, but dun have the $$..Cant wait to go there tml..hao le, gg to pack my bags le..tata

Sad Week

Its just like last year..only worse...but how do i compare?
Everything i do, everything i say is always wrong.

Thurs evening-sneezing in the office, sneezing at home..act hero..nv take med..

Fri-sneezing whole day at office.nv take med and refused to go home despite colleagues giving me-u look really bad look' Its already 4 pm?go home?so wasted..n i wanted to meet fiona later on..we planned to eat korean buffet..my colleagues gave me another stare..yup, itchy backside me, despite a sorethroat and a flu..still went to eat. Food were oily and spicy but tasted not bad..but it was ultimate-fiona, b and me rched for our strepsils after the dinner. duno whether gavin have a sorethroat or nt.hee..aniwae, had a great time catching up w them..talking abt our upcoming weddings and the holidays we plan to go-aussie in 2009..=) Thx babe for the lippie too..

Going to b's fren-Allen bbq later..dratz..cant eat much w my burning throat.All i want now is really cold water to gulp. Woke up at 4am this morn cos i was really feelin uncomfy..running a fever and my throat and feet hurts like crazy! popped 2 panadols and went back to slp. Thx God my fever subsided but i still cant get to slp and woke up at 9am..Haiz, the irony of life..mon-fri, i always wish that i can wake up late and am always counting down to sat-my only day that i can slp in...but when sat comes, i cant get to slp at all and always tend to wake up early..=(

A new partner

Hmm..trying a new blog cos feel that Friendster too limited..

Went to see Mr D just now cos it simply hurts too much. Bearing the pain for 3 days is no mean feat, but hey, prayer do help..Mr D asked whether i need injection for my filling..i looked at him strangely..huh? need meh? Then he asked me how long have i put up with the pain, cos its quite big. i said, 3 days..he looked at me if i were god.haha..Later he gave me painkillers to ease the pain. I looked at the assistant strangely-painkillers?? Its not those roll on the floor painful, still bearable..aniwae, cost of it?-Freaking $110!!Lucky can claim..

Bought a girly book a couple mths back but started reading only now. Its those British humour where enemies are called cow and u can find 'bloody hell' every few pages. I enjoy reading Books by British writers. They are a hoot!ha..Aniwae, thought this book is going to be a laugh, a happy story (which most girly books are ). It started off with the main character-Anna in a wreck. Think she just got into an accident and she has been trying to contact her husband. I tot her husband has left her or smth. To my horror, mid-book, i realised he's dead!!I suddenly feel like throwing the book away. they just got married and it later elaborated the anguish, pain and the loneliness she went thru..I cant imagine myself in her position ( not cursing u B)..How hard it must have been for a person! I actually have a distant relative who is like her. Her husband was cruelly robbed and murdered just few months after they got married..So sad..im a bit scared of bereavement btw ( again, not cursing u B)..aniwae, curious to read the ending.Will update again..

Arent they adorable? But felt a bit cheated cos i tot they can join tog one!!Sob Sob..smth i duno why i like to buy these. After that, i will just place them in my cupboard and seldom take them out. Look at my bursting cupboard below..n B doesnt allow me to move these to his place.Hmph..BUt i guess they are too irrestible. I almost bought a bobble head dumbo as well, but it has burst my budget..=(
