Do u believe...

What goes around comes around??

I used to scoff at mothers being too kiasu with their kids, sending them to phonics classes when they are 2; voluntering at schools so that their kids can attend that sch;spending heaps on educational books to so call stimulate the baby's brains ladaladalada...

But, horrors be horrors, i find myself slowly turning into one!

-Kept complaining to B and frens ard me that there are no gd schools near my area..
-Searching for playschs that is gd so that i can enrol Little T when he's of age..
-lap up every page of Young parents magazine on how i can improve the upbringing of Little T.

Haiz....

My mum is equally kiasu...Little T is turning 6mths soon and its a milestone for mother and child cos its the age whereby they can start eating solids..My mum kept asking me to ask around and read up on what Little T can eat and to prepare his little bowls and spoon sets. Guess i have to hit the supermarket soon and load up on those Heinz baby food...Poor Little T..he have to make do with instant cereal on weekends cos his mummy cant cook...=( My colleagues were just chiding me the other day for not knowing to cook porridge. Sigh...Aniwae, maybe i soon learn ya..Sometimes i can really feel the pressure onbecoming a super mum, to give the best to Little T...still struggling to balance between work and Little T..Its tiring and its not easy shuttling back and forth everyday.Somedays, im so tired that i cant even hear B turning in and i always ask him the next day what time did he sleep.Machiam we sleep seperately lydat.ha...

After weeks of tolerating with our aching shoulders, b and i managed to book a massage after visiting my MIL.It was under a UOB lady's card mailer, which was mailed to B...so wierd hor..aniwae, it cost $18 each for a 45mins session and we can utilise the spa facilities there. We really enjoyed the session and the therapist was so gd that she loosened most of the tight knots in us. Took a quick shower there after that and i felt so refreshed! What a gd way to start the week..As always, a sales coordinator spoke to us after the whole thing to promote the packages that they have. It was quite reasonable..only $50 per session plus free food, free flow of drinks, usage of the relaxation lounge ( which b say he can laze ard and read his papers..-_-) and usage of the spa facilities so much so that we signed up..=) Oh, by the way, its owned bt Leslie Kwok, the national ex-swimmer and we saw him there just now!*handsome chap!* Aniwae, gd place to go to if u are in need of a massage. Its located at Far East Shopping Centre. Location quite off..maybe thats why they can offer the package at such an attractive price. And i managed to ask them to waive off our sessions today.hee..Check out the webby ya...
