Introduced 2 new flavors to little T over the weekend..

-Sweet Corn and Pumpkin
-Brocoli

(He usually takes normal cereal/creamy banana porridge/apple and banana porridge..all from Heinz Bottles.)

Both of which i wouldnt take... As usual, he frowned at me when he had his 1st mouth..but after that, he soon became accustomed to the taste and seems to like it. =) THe color look quite gross though...it looks like his diarrhoea.. so u can imagine my tots when i see his mouth full of it...=x

For the brocoli, i almost gagged when i opened the bottle. It not only looks bad...it also smell v vegetable-bly!! i pinced my nose and took a deep breathe before feeding him..Erm, for those who duno, im a pure carnivorious, no veg for me..(!!!) Little T gave me his usual frown..and he..gagged at the 1st mouthful too! I have to betray my conscious and kept saying this to him...

Thadthad...Yummilicious Brocoli!! Yum Yum Yum~~

He frowned even deeper...i think if he could talk, he would say...Show me Mummy, show me that its yummy...-_-

Aniwae, he didnt finish the brocoli..He kept struggling in the end, protesting the yucky food. I wouldnt blame him too..it looks like swamp juice from Shrek's swamp! I bought another new taste-Organic sweet vegetables...wish me gd luck! =D

No point in reminding...it just defeats the purpose...

Random happenings recently...

Mummy is very biased...

M: Hey, i saw an advert in Young Parents promoting this brand called Babysafe mattress..you can go buy it.
Me: Ya, i know...went to check out the price le..$175!
M: I give you $ to buy...the mag says its good for babies!
Me: But it costs more than the playpen!
M: Nm...take my $ and buy....
Me: okok...see first k...

Haiz...i dun tink she was lydat when i was young! Brought her to ikea the other day and she was wooing and wahing at the baby cots. She asked me why didnt i get a cot for Little T instead. I say that a cot costs $300+ and we researched and found out that a playpen can also make do for a baby's bed and it costs abt 1/3 of a cot...And her standard reply was...aiya, you can tell me ma, i give you $ to buy....-_-

Little T is 6mths old today! So fast...He's becoming more talkative and active to date, and its more fun to play with him now as he can interact more..hee..Jan, limin and kc came and find us last Wed at compasspoint...Went to soup restaurant to eat..( i suddenly realised that we only go to soup restaurant or sushi tei to dine.hee)As always, i enjoyed their company and i guessed they loved playing with Little T..

KC even taught Little T some kung fu moves, how to ride a motorcycle and how to moonwalk. Ha..no wonder Little T was so exhausted towards the end of the dinner.=p A funny incident happened..Jan was just sharing with us abt a Prada bag tat her fren have and just after she mentioned the price, Little T gave out a huge loud sigh...like a sigh of protest! haha...

Aniwae, cant wait to meet up again.Have already posted the pics on FB..

~How? Whenever i scold Little T, he always give me his charming smile which totally melts my heart! He's not scared of me!

The past week seems to just zoom by..was so tired that i cant even rem what day is it and when Gary talked to me abt Man Utd's won during the wake, i was like...err, sorry, who did Man Utd beat ah? *gosh*

Havin to face reality is difficult. I was just telling B that smth i still cant believe that she's gone...haiz..i can only just be comforted that she is now in Jesus's hands and that she is suffering no more..

Her passing on serves a reminder to me to not take our health for granted, that this earth is just a temporal home-our permanent address is in Heaven and to spend more time with our loved ones...

Thanks to all who attended the wake, for showering numerous smses and support to B and me, your prayers and for helping out in every single way. Our heartfelt gratitude...

Going back to work next monday. Tons of work to be done. My colleague just smsed me on a thursday at 10pm, saying that she is still in the office as there is really too much work! Haiz...But as i always say, busy is better..Going to clear my emails now, so that i can start on my wrk at 9am sharp on monday...-_-

There must be a reason why you are so well loved by your children and is everybody's favourite aunt..

I will continue to take care of your beloved son and grandson, and will tell him what a doting Ma-Ma you are..
